Signing of the SAS Collection Al Baha Hotel Agreement

By the grace of God, the operating agreement for SAS Collection Al Baha Hotel has been successfully signed, marking a new milestone in the continued growth and expansion of SAS Hotels & Resorts in one of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s distinguished destinations in the southwest.

Al Baha is renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty and diverse landscapes, bringing together majestic mountains, lush green forests, valleys, and a mild climate. These unique characteristics have positioned the region as one of the Kingdom’s promising tourism destinations and an attractive choice for visitors seeking nature, relaxation, and distinctive travel experiences.

The region also offers a rich variety of tourism and heritage attractions, including Raghadan Forest, Thee Ain Heritage Village, scenic parks, and mountainous landscapes, alongside the continuous development of its infrastructure and tourism and hospitality projects.

SAS Collection Al Baha Hotel will feature 170 luxurious hotel units, classified as a five-star property, representing a valuable addition to the region’s hospitality sector while reflecting the continued growth, expansion, and presence of SAS Hotels & Resorts across different regions of the Kingdom.

The project forms part of the Group’s strategy to expand into promising tourism destinations and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences in line with international standards. It also supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in developing the tourism and hospitality sector and strengthening the Kingdom’s position as a leading global tourism destination.

The hotel is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2029, offering a new luxury hospitality destination that will enrich the visitor experience and contribute to the continued growth of tourism and hospitality in the Al Baha region.
