SAS Collection Al Khobar Hotel Management Agreement Signing Ceremony

In line with the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, and in support of the continued growth and development of the tourism and hospitality sector, we are pleased to announce the successful signing of the Hotel Management Agreement for SAS Collection Al Khobar.

This project represents a new addition to the hospitality sector in Al Khobar, one of the Eastern Province’s leading economic and tourism destinations. It is expected to further strengthen the city’s position as an attractive destination for visitors, business travelers, and tourists, while contributing to the region’s tourism and economic development.

The project is aligned with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in developing the tourism and hospitality sector, attracting investments, enhancing the quality of hotel services, and strengthening the appeal of Saudi cities to visitors and investors. The continued growth of tourism investments and the expansion of hotel capacity across the Kingdom reflect the strong momentum of the sector.

The hotel’s location on Prince Sultan Street provides a significant competitive advantage, given its strategic position close to key commercial, business, service, and tourism destinations. This prime location is expected to enhance the hotel’s investment value and its appeal to guests and visitors.

SAS Collection Al Khobar will be a distinguished addition to the hospitality landscape of the Eastern Province, contributing to the expansion of premium hotel accommodation, supporting tourism and investment growth, and reinforcing the Kingdom’s vision for a world-class tourism and hospitality sector.

SAS Collection Al Khobar is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2028, adding a distinguished new destination to the hospitality offering of Al Khobar and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
